BIOMETRICS

Data is captured in Bio-metrics device i.e. Time-in and Time-out of the employee. You can use bio-metrics machine or you can use smart card or optical card readers.

Thereafter the data is received by Webpay, payroll and hr suite. Data receiving can be done by Webpay in following three manners.

1. Importation of data through text file or excel file.

2. Receiving data from MS Access or MS SQL database on click of an event.

3. Receiving data by Webpay automatically from time access database.

Once Webpay receives data attendance is processed as per the parameters fixed for each shift. The process of data capturing is very simple and it does not require any technical skill. It is kind of plug and play and so is the process.
