INSTALLATION

 Step 1:
Insert paysolution packege into your CDRom drive.
Step2:
Double click on the CD Rom Drive in your System. Now you will be able to see the files in this software .
Step 3:
Double click on the DISK1 folder.
Step 4:
Double Click on the setup.exe in Disk1 folder Following Process Dialog box shown, Wait till 100% process

Click on next button

Enter the Company Name

if you want to restart computer then click on “yes! I want to restart my computer now” radio button otherwise click on “No! I will restart my computer on later” radio button.

Now click on finish button.

To start the pay solution go to start button, Select Program ->click on pay solution icon.
IF Dlls and OCXs are not registered completely during Payroll Setup
How to Register the Dlls and OCXs files
For register the Dlls , firstly copy the Dlls folder from CD to C: Drive in your computer. Then run the RegisterDlls file from CD by double clicking on it. It will give message like “Dll registered Successfully” press enter on each message
Install Payroll Software on Multi-User Environment
  • Step 1: Firstly install the Payroll software on one computer which is treated as “Server computer” where Payroll Software and Database will be stored.
  • Step 2: Share the folder of BBSPL_Payroll folder in Program files folder on your computer where payroll application has been installed.
  • Step 3: Run the Payroll Setup on that compter where we want to install/run the computer
  • Step 4 Access this share folder on that computer where we want to run the payroll software
  • Step 5 : Go to inside the BBSPL_payroll Folder , u can find the file name “BBSPL_Payroll.exe” . Right click on it and make a short cut to Deskop of this file on that computer.
  • Step 6 : Now Go to Start->Control Panel
  • Step 7: In Control Panel, select Administration tools , click on it
  • Step 8: In Adminstraion tools, select Data Source(ODBC), click on it
  • Step 9: In User Data Source Tab , Select Pay solution from the list like as:

Now click on Configure button on Right hand side, New window will open like as:

Now click on Select button on new Window, another New window open where we can find the button “Network” like as:

Click on Network button , u can see the window like as :

Step 13 :
Double Click BBSPL_Payroll Share folder from the server computer, Data folder will appear inside BBSPL_Payroll folder like as:

Select the Data folder and click on Ok button
Step 14 :
Now we will come back to previous window like as:
Click on Finish Button
Now we will come back to previous window like as:
Click on Ok Button

Now we can run the payroll software by double clicking on BBSPL_Payroll Icon on Desktop.
